Comme à chaque année, les People's Choice Awards se déroule au mois de janvier. Et plusieurs cinéphiles considèrent le gala comme étant inutile, mais ouvre la saison des galas en 2010. C'est le 6 janvier prochain que le gala aura lieu. Twilight domine les nominations avec 7 citations.

De plus, on peut dire que les vampires ont leur places avec True Blood et Vampire Diaries qui ont plusieurs nominations également.
